One of the most interesting and challenging jobs I've had the past year was my term at Chief Resident for our Internal Medicine Program. I'll be posting a series of "morning report" case summaries that we came across during CTU (our Clinical Teaching Unit) that were made to consolidate learning for trainees, and emailed to the various teams on CTU.
